UV Monitoring System

Efficient and accurate validation is essential in pharmaceutical manufacturing facilities. For our pulsed xenon irradiation devices, we offer a UV monitoring system as a means of managing and documenting the irradiation process.

What is Illuminance Monitoring System

• The UV light emitted from the pulsed xenon lamp is measured at each emission, with the measured value being displayed and recorded.
• The amount of light received by each object is recorded, there will be a notification in the event of a shortage of light.
• An automatic ejection function for defective products (special order) is also available.

Characteristics

1. Records UV level of all emitted light at each pulse
2. Optional alarm level for UV degradation can be set
3. Monitoring records can be exported to spreadsheet software data
4. Printable summary of irradiation results for each batch of objects
5. By adopting a Cs-Te phototube, stable measurement of illuminance is possible in wavelength range below approximately 300nm
6. It is also possible to print out a daily report format to include information such as illuminance data, error history, product name, lot number, etc. (customizable)
