UV Outer Surface Decontamination System for Packaging Bags

This device is used in pharmaceutical factories to decontaminate the outer surface of packaging bags that pose a risk of contamination before transporting raw materials and containers delivered from suppliers to a highly sterile processing and filling line. It unpacks the boxes delivered from suppliers, removes the inner packaging bags, places them on a roller conveyor, automatically decontaminates them, and transports them to the cleanroom. The introduction of this device eliminates the need for manual alcohol-based decontamination by workers, improving both the efficiency and safety of the processing.
