Insert Type Pulsed Xenon

Currently, for the deep container sterilization using UV light, the UV light is irradiated from the outer side of the container.
For the required amount of ultraviolet rays associated with this, we calculate the amount of ultraviolet rays that hit the side surface inside the container with the lowest illuminance, and design the ultraviolet irradiation device. In this case, excess light is lit to the bottom of the container, which is most exposed to the light.

With the insert type pulsed xenon sterilization system, you can evenly irradiate the ultraviolet rays even to the inside of the deep container as we insert and light the xenon flash lamp directly inside the container. Also, with its close irradiation, we have devised an epoch-making system that goes one step further which enabled us to obtain a high sterilization rate instantly.

Test Result of the Inner Surface of the Preform

The Inactivating Effect by Pulse Light Irradiation

Test Method

  1. Spray the test bacteria on the inner surface of the preform, and pulse the xenon flash lamp inserted inside the container to observe the inactivating effect.
  2. Inactivating effect (D) = Log (Number of viable bacteria after pulsed light irradiation / Number of viable bacteria not irradiated)

Test Bacteria

Black Koji Mold (JCM2261)
Sample count 5000000
