By integrating the ultraviolet rays sterilization device and conveyor, this conveyor system achieved a 99.9% sterilization rate of the various sterilized objects. This is an effective sterilization system that responds to the needs of the food factories and pharmaceutical factories, which mandates the caps and various containers and packages to be sterilized before being brought into the cleanrooms.

4 Direction Ultraviolet Ray Irradiation
The device will sterilize the working object from top, bottom, right, and left. Especially, from the bottom, we adopt a skate wheel conveyor so that there wouldn't be a shade by the conveyor belt.
Cost Efficient and Safe
By embedding the power source inside, we have reduced the cost. Also the irradiator is covered so there will be no risk of ultraviolet rays leaking.
