An all-in-one system integrating a conveyor and UV sterilizer.
Ready for immediate use upon installation for the surface sterilization of a wide range of products.
- Continuous irradiation with variable conveyor belt speed from 1 to 10 m/min.
- UV lamps are installed on the top and bottom, to treat the entire surface of the object.
- SUS mesh belt is used to prevent belt deterioration.
- Opening and closing design allows for easy lamp replacement.
- Designed for safety, so that in the event of the door being opened while the lamp is on, the UV lamp will be turned off by an interlock switch.
*UV lamps can also be treated (coated with fluororesin) to prevent shattering in the event of breakage.
