What is a UV-C LED Surface Sterilization Device?

This new Sterilization Device uses LED lamps for UV-C sterilization, making it mercury-free and contributing to reduced environmental impact. Compared to conventional ultraviolet lamps, the UV-C LED system can be switched on and off instantly and has a long lifespan, allowing it to be turned on only when needed, significantly reducing both power consumption and lamp replacement costs.

Equipped with a 265nm wavelength UV-C LED.
Capable of processing 900 bottle caps (outer diameter ø30mm) per minute.
Can inactivate Bacillus subtilis spores (NBRC3134/ATCC6633) by more than 3 logs and by more than 99.9%.
Mercury-free and chemical-free sterilization.

Flexibility in placement, optimization for the target object

No shutter required
Because UV-C LEDs can be switched on and off instantly, the mechanical shutter required in conventional UV lamp systems is unnecessary.
In-line productivity improvement
By eliminating line stoppages and external processing, we achieve a significant increase in productivity through continuous production.
Equipped with a 265nm wavelength UV-C LED
The difference in sterilization performance due to the use of LED wavelengths is minimal, resulting in a more stable sterilization effect.
