This is a powerful ultraviolet rays sterilization device which allows surface sterilization of wrapping and foods in a short time. Compared to conventional hard glass low power sterilization lamps, it has tens of times the sterilization performance, and it can kill black molds and resistant bacterias within tens of seconds.

Characteristics

Water-cooling method to keep the lamp tube wall surface temperature consistent.

Water cooling control system(Cooling water wraps the entire surface of the lamp.)
  • Double tube structure which the whole lamp surface is covered with the cooling water. The calories are less than 1/3 compared to the lamp with the same watt, so it allows sterilization ray irradiation that is cool and even.
  • The water-cooling control system always keeps the optimal temperature and demonstrates high sterilization performance. Also, once the power is stabilized, the sterilization performance won't change depending on the surrounding temperature.
  • When you turn on the power again, the output stabilizes in an instant and keeps the constant sterilization effect.

Compact and even sterilization, flexible design depending on the purpose

  • The lamps are 200W and 400W, and can be designed for 1 to 10 lamps depending on the purpose.
  • Since it is a straight tube type lamp, the irradiation process can be performed evenly with high density. Standard specifications are 200W 3 lamps, 400W 3 lamps, and 400W 5 lamps.

Easy control, maintenance, and management

  • Turning on/off of the sterilization lamp, and the water temperature control unit is all controlled by the power source device. If there is any error, it will be notified immediately with an alarm buzzer, so management is easy.
  • Lamp replacement is one-touch insertion method. The maintenance is easy because the cooling water uses a circulation method.

* Replace the cooling water (purified water or pure water) once every three months.

  • Prevention of over irradiation when the working object is stopped
  • Prevention of early stage over UV irradiation and stable quality with the stable UV irradiation operation. (If the UV retaining rate is reduced to 80% at 1000 hours, switch and turn on 400W, and keep the same level of UV irradiation.)
  • With the light adjustment (dimming) feature, the light shutter is not required depending on the condition of the irradiated objects.
  • Safe design, strong against power source voltage fluctuation

* If the standby time is long, it closes the shutter or turns off the lamp
