EYE Drain Pure

This is an ecological sanitization device that takes the ecosystem of where the water flows (e.g. rivers) into consideration.

For the sanitization of the sewage effluent and factory wastewater, the sanitization device must be adaptive to the change in water quantity and quality. The top part of this ultraviolet ray sanitization device, EYE Drain Pure, is made of an open waterway and it can adapt to a huge water quantity difference. While the wastewater flows down the waterway, the sterilization ray emitted by the ultraviolet ray directly affects and kills the nucleic acids (DNA, RNA) that control the inheritance of various microorganisms and viruses to sanitize. It is different to the conventional method where the chemicals are added, there is no risk of the residues such as chemicals and its by-products in treated water, this is an ecological sanitization device that does not negatively affect the ecosystem of where the water flows into such as rivers.

It doesn't require chemicals, so there is no risk of handling and cause of the toxic by-products, or excess administration.

Effectively Inactivate Viruses

Not only does it sterilize the microbes, it is very effective for inactivating the virus which is difficult to sanitize with chlorinated sanitization agents.

Requires Small Space for Installment

The sanitization ends in as short as 7-10 seconds, so you don't need a large wastewater chlorination pool. Also this is made for outdoor use so you don't need to build a shelter for it either.

Easy Maintenance and Management

The ultraviolet ray lamp module is structured in a ladder form in the water, so the lamp is easily removed and cleaned. The lamp replacement is once a year and doesn't require special work.

Reasonable Running Cost

Running cost is about 1yen per square meter. It is economical as it's equivalent or lower cost compared to the chlorinated sanitization.
