UV treatment system for water oxidation and decomposition
Ultrapure water manufacturing is costly and is often used in a large quantity, it is common to use the system to collect them after use and retreat. UV deoxidization water treatment system is made with low pressure mercury lamps which enable effective oxidation and high speed treatment of the low-molecular-weight organic substances in impurities that are difficult to treat in ultrapure water manufacturing systems, and organic substances in various industrial wastewaters.
There are the following types of UV oxidative decomposition methods depending on the organic substances density.

- High density type (Combined use with oxidizing agent) = TOC density: Tens-Couple hundred ppm
※High density type can be used for wastewater to purewater. - Low density 254 type = TOC density: 0.1-10 ppm
- Low density 185 type = TOC density: 0.5-100 ppb

Characteristics
3 Times Faster Process with ⅓ Power Consumption
Spectral energy distribution of the low pressure mercury lamp matches well with the spectral absorption characteristics of the hydrogen peroxide and ozone used as oxidants, and it enables the efficient oxidative composition. For this reason, compared to the conventional high pressure mercury lamp, if you use the same lamp power consumption, it can reduce the organic substances density (TOC value) of the treated water three times faster. Also if it's the same treatment, the power consumption is ⅓.
Requires Half Space and Easily Extended.
Small and lightweight. It adopts a unit type cylinder form stainless reaction tank. Compared to the high pressure mercury lamp with tank type, the installment area is less than half. Also, if you want to increase the treatment performance, you only need to stack multiple units on top.
Easy Maintenance
Compared to the conventional devices, the lamp power consumption is 1/3 and the water temperature is extremely low, so it doesn't require the cooling device for the lamp itself. The maintenance is made easy. Also, the lamp is small and parallel lighting so the replacement is easy too.
Efficient Running Cost
Various running costs can be greatly reduced such as annual power consumption.
