We answer to the various needs of tank sterilization.
Iwasaki Electric's sterilization system for the tanks with external lighting type and immersion type, can meet the various needs related to the tank sterilization such as sterilization of liquid, liquid surface, tank wall surface, and air on the liquid surface. It keeps the clean environment with a low cost even for long-term storage.
Characteristics
Depending on the purpose of each tank, you may use 2 systems (liquid sterilization and liquid + arit sterilization) at the same time.
- Immersion type sterilizing device = Liquid sterilization system that can sterilize the tank for a long period of time and is also effective in suppressing the growth of bacteria during storage.
- External sterilizing device = Liquid surface, air in the tank, and inner wall can be sterilized.
Applications
Food Industry
Sterilization of flavoring raw water (salt solution and sugar solution), storage of dissolved chlorine water (for brewing and bio-experiment), storage of water after heat sterilization (prepared water after food processing)
Pharmaceutical Industry
Storage of distilled water, ion-exchanged water, and pure water (for pharmaceuticals, medical use, and biotechnology)

Application Example for the Use and System
Immersion type
Liquid sterilization: For small tanks.
Irradiate when the liquid is full.
Immersion type
Liquid sterilization: For medium-sized tanks.
The number of devices is determined by the size and shape of the tank.
Externally illuminated type
Sterilization of the liquid surface and air on the liquid surface: The inner wall surface of the tank is also sterilized at the same time. Spiral type for small tanks, straight pipe type for medium and large tanks.
