Situated along Prefectural Route 6 near the Interchange on 3rd Street in Shinjuku Town, Kawagoe City, the Kawagoe branch of the Jutakujohokan is a dedicated property search facility that provides an all-encompassing service, from the sales and purchases of real estate, including new builds, used apartments and houses, and land in Kawagoe and its surrounding areas, to off-plan projects and home renovations. The comfortable store environment features a showroom where listings are displayed both by railway lines and by area for ease of navigation, and also a kids' corner so that customers with children can feel at ease whilst making enquiries.

Illuminating both the signage and the walls of the store, slim line LEDioc CUTLASS type-S / type-L signboard luminaires feature a luminaire length of only 150mm for the type-S, 250mm for the type-L, and a depth of only 43mm. Maintaining a low profile and blending smoothly into the facade to provide a light and clean aesthetic, the uniform and even light emanating downwards from them produces a beautiful gradient effect. Making use of the smart design which curbs output breadth, not only the signage but also the building itself benefits from its glow, with the store being brightly and efficiently illuminated by night.
