The Isesaki City Tennis Courts (Isesaki City Marking Way Tennis Courts) are a municipal facility located within Kezoji Park, featuring a total of 12 tennis courts separated by a central spectator stand with six courts to each side. Kezoji Park itself is an all-purpose municipal park equipped with a variety of facilities in addition to the tennis courts, including an amusement park with its emblematic "Sunflower" Ferris wheel, an aquatic plant garden, a gymnasium, a baseball field, and an athletics track, making it a popular sporting and recreational venue among locals; home to a varied display of blooming cherry blossoms and azaleas in spring, it is also a popular place for people to relax and enjoy nature throughout the seasons.

Renovation works carried out in February 2026 at the Isesaki City Tennis Courts included resurfacing of the tennis courts, and also a conversion of the exterior lighting to LED with the aid of a grant from the toto sports promotion lottery run by the Japan Sport Council. In choosing compact, high efficiency LEDioc FLOOD AVANT class 400 floodlights for this in a combination of medium and wide beam angle types to replace the existing HID floodlighting installation, the updated lighting scheme offered greater ease of installation whilst also maintaining illuminance levels more than matching than the existing scheme and delivering significant energy savings.
