IWASAKI Electric Co., Ltd. hereby announces its New Medium-Term Management Plan, covering from the fiscal year ending March 2025 to the fiscal year ending March 2028.

The new plan has been a work in progress since the formulation of the medium-term management plan (FY2022 to FY2026) announced in November 2021. Changes however in the business environment surrounding our company, and the ending in 2025 of HID lamp production which had spanned 60 years, have led to the formulation of an new and updated medium-term management plan targeted towards achieving further growth.

Core Policies:
Growth strategies for the Lighting and Applied Optics and Environment business will be supported by improvements in productivity achieved, solidifying the foundations for growth through human resources, digital transformation, and other areas, to evolve into a sustainable, high-profit, high-growth company as ONE IWASAKI.
