Location

The Yokohama City Fire Department Airborne Division heliport was built 30 years ago, and was greatly in need of an upgrade due to daily wear and tear. The hangar floor space is 1180 square meters, with space for two helicopters, a fire engine, a training area and workspace. A second floor is used to store parts and serves as a warehouse. Iwasaki LEDioc Lambda High-Bays, LEDioc Ceiling High-Bays, and LEDioc NEO Floodlights were specified for the facility to ensure bright, white light for the serious work of helicopter maintenance.
